Starting Cash	100%
Go into East India Company directory folder then open data folder and then AI folder. Virtually everything in the game can be edited from this folder. To edit starting cash open the campaingmissions.txt. You can edit the starting funds for each difficulty and each campaign here aswell as the computers starting cash. It's pretty self explanatory on how to do this when you open the file just like all the other txt's in the AI folder.

East India Company

In East India Company, players assume the role of Governor Director of one of the East India Companies or other rival companies. There are eight nationalities to choose from: British, Dutch, French, Danish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian or Spanish - with the goal of bringing new colonies and wealth such as: tea, spices, gold, diamonds and other precious cargo back to Europe, but they must dominate the other rival empires along the way. Players will also conquer the open sea and explore 40 different cities, towns and villages.
