Enter the Sushi Academy to learn the ancient art of preparing traditional Japanese sushi. Cut the ingredients, spread the rice on the nori, and roll the maki. All of the steps are timed by the Sushi Master which adds to the thrill. Get every step correct and in time and you might get a gold medal and become a Sushi Master.
