Hero Academy [ Review ]A lot of people play games as simple distractions and time killers, while others seek challenge and competition. Then, there are those in between who like the challenge, but also the lightheartedness that some titles offer. Hero Academy is a very good example, which has done quite well in the iOS. DOTA 2 - Hero Guide: Venomancer [ Guide ]Most people want to play the carries and the hard hitters in DotA 2, taking the main roles in every game. Then, there are those who take the supportive roles. At least with tanks, they look badass, but supports don't get enough appreciation for what they do. One exception though is Venomancer, because he is that good.

Activision Saying So Long to Guitar Hero and Tony HawkYes it is trending on twitter as RIP Guitar Hero and it is true Activision has announced that the current Guitar Hero game in development has been axed along with the next True Crime. Who knows if GH will ever return but Activision has said this. Oh and no Skateboarding games this year.
CoO Thomas Tippl explained, "We will release no new music or skateboarding games" during the current calendar year.

Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock Disk Read ErrorYou have your band set up, your friends over, and you're ready to shred only to get a disk read error, part over and you feel like a tool. Well this happened to many who purchased Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock and Activision is in overdrive to try and fix the problem. Activision has stated that it is taking "immediate action" to rectify the situation. Consumers who are having an issue should call Activision's consumer service center at 800-225-6588. Activision is saying it will "offer existing customers free replacement disks in exchange for any purchased defective disk."
