| Change Your Weapons (Only Works With One Level) | 100% | |
| Description: You can not switch weapons on the fly, although you can pick up new ones, but if you quit all the way out to the Main Menu, then return to the level, you will be able to access the weapon loadout screen. This starts you off with the default ammunition of that weapon (not the stockpile you have been collecting). Also, you can only select one weapon (the LEFT special weapon). The remaining 2 special weapons are deleted from your inventory for that replay method. | ||

| One shot, two kills | 67% | |
| Ok, this is an easy one. if you are nearly out of ammo and there are two or more slasher necromorphs coming at you, then use stasis on both of them and shoot the head off the closest slasher and make sure it is a precise shot and then the one without the head will start running around and flailing it's arms all over the place and will damage other necromorphs around you. | ||
