on Arcade Mode choose your best character and fight with him to round 9 or start of 10 then lose and pick one that you have not completed with then you will have his special character (you can do this with all characters except when you want roger).

Win the game to unlock all the characters. Then hold while choosing character.

To get Devil and Kazuya, get all 26 characters then win the Devil with a secret character and then you have Kazuya. To get the Devil you must win the game with Kazuya.

Highlight 'Option' mode. Then press and hold R1. Now Press Circle, Circle, Triangle, X, X, Circle, and Triangle. This code will only work in single player mode.

To get wire frame mode you must have all 26 characters, now hold L2 and R2 while choosing your character.
