| In your console (the ~ key or alt 2 1) type one of the following. For Social Reform type "event 18030". This adds socialists to your upper house. You may have to do this multiple times in order to reach over 50%. Once you do, you may enact a social reform. Only 1 per month and afterward you lose some Socialists so keep using this cheat every month. For Political Reform type "event 18000". This gives you more Liberals. Get to 50% and you can do 1 political reform. | ||

| Open up the cheat "menu" and type in yesmen, then propose an alliance between you and another country. Once they accept declare war on another country, with yesmen still enabled, normally if you ask your allies to join you half of them don't and they stop being allies with you, but with yes men enabled they will all join you. This backfires, however, because it means the opposing nations allies will also join in on the war, choose your enemies wisely. | ||
