You can change the Background by entering the Ranking Section and view each section. When you return to the Main Menu you will have a different background. Continue to do these steps and the backgrounds will continue to change.

Well, knock his ass out. Use a weapon and hit him twice. If you can pull this off you will get a message stating "The Referee Is Knocked Out". Now, you will have 10-15 seconds of quality no-hassle butt-whippin' time without a referee

Unlock Vince McMahon by beating the game in Royal Rumble mode on any difficulty level.
