Heavy Fire: Shattered Spear [ Review ]For most people, Heavy Fire: Shattered Spear may look like a Call of Duty clone with a pretty low price of $20, which makes it seem like a bargain at first. What's inside though is not a conventional modern shooter, but a cover-based lightgun shooter that's a lot like the arcade favorite Time Crisis series. However, you'd be playing this game with standard controllers, which already illustrates a big problem. Why play a shooter with standard controllers if you can't move around freely?

Fire Emblem: Awakening (3DS) [ Review ]Among the known titles in Nintendo consoles, the Fire Emblem franchise has been one of the lesser known ones. However, the fan following that it has garnered over the years is as loyal as you'd find in those of Mario, Metroid, and Legend of Zelda. Perhaps what made Fire Emblem special is how it treats the games' characters, who are definitely susceptible to death and loss.
