Access the Violence Lock Menu

1. First off go to were sof2 is located (installed)
2. Find a folder named base and file myconfig.cfg in it.
3. Make a back up of this file just in case you delete something!!!
4. Right-click this file and select open with, then select notepad
5. Find seta m_filter "0" statement (it is near the end) and simply REPLACE "0" with "1".
6. Don't change anything else, just save the file, run the game and the violence lock menu should appear.
7. If it doesn't appear, quickly play a level and kill sum1 then exit to desktop and run the game again.

Activating and Using Cheats

First, it's necessary to add a bit to the developer command line so that you
don't have to retype more every single time you wish to cheat. Don't worry, it's
not rocket science. It's actually fairly easy to do. Right-click the shortcut to
the game's .exe that you regularly run. This could be the one the game installs
on your desktop, or even the one in your start menu. Find it, then right-click
it and hit properties. You'll see a field called: "target:" That field should
contain information that looks something like this:
"C:Program FilesGamesSoldier of Fortune IISoF2.exe" +set com_multilingual
2 +set sp_language 0
This will differ from system to system. For instance, if you initially installed
the game in your "sexygals" folder, it'd look like this:
"C:sexygalsSoldier of Fortune IISoF2.exe" +set com_multilingual 2 +set
sp_language 0
Now, what you need to do here is add a bit to the end of this line.
Specifically, you're going to add: sv_cheats 1 The end result should look like
so:
"C:Program FilesGamesSoldier of Fortune IISoF2.exe" +set com_multilingual
2 +set sp_language 0 sv_cheats 1
Make sure you keep the spaces in the right places and don't overwrite anything.
Whenever you start this game using this shortcut, you will be able to take
advantage of the cheats. And here's how.
First you must start a level of the game in a certain way as the cheats are not
accessible by beginning normal level loads or simply begining a new singleplayer
campaign. Open the console by pressing the Shift key and the tilde ( ~ ) key
simultaneously. Now type in raven 1. This will unlock all of the levels,
accessible via the singleplayer setup screen (it's the Raven icon on the far
right). The levels listed also go in order from beginning to end, so the top one
is the opening sequence and the bottom is the end. Pick a level and prepare to
play.
Once one of these levels has been chosen and loaded, you can open the console at
any time (Shift + ~) and type in any of the following to initiate a cheat.
cmdlist -- Command list
god -- Invulnerability
give all -- Gives you everything
noclip -- Fly through anything
notarget -- Invisibility
kill -- Kills enemies
pinkspider -- Infinite power
That's all there is to it. It's possible to spawn specific items and warp to
specifics maps, but the give all and raven 1 menu essentially provide for this.

Change the properties of your game shortcut and add +set sv_cheats 1 behind your EXE. For example:

C:GAMESSOF2SoF2.EXE +set sv_cheats 1

Now, edit your basemyconfig.cfg file and search for "toggleconsole" option. Here you can define any key you want to toggle the console ingame. For example:

bind X "toggleconsole"

NOTE: You can also try editing myconfig.cfg in SoF 2 dir/base/ and add: seta sv_cheats "1".

Ok, now start the game, bring down the console and type one of the following cheats:

god - Invincibility
give (itemname) - Give item
give all - Give all items
noclip - No clipping mode
notarget - Invisible to enemies
pinkspider - Infinite power
cmdlist - List all commands
map - Load map
kill - Suicide

Map names (in alphabetical order):

air1, air2, air3, air4, arm1, arm2, cem1, col1, col10, col2, col3, col4, col6, col7, col8, col9, finca1, finca2, finca3, finca4, hk1, hk2, hk3, hk4, hk5, hk6, hk7, hos1, hos2, hos3, hos4, kam1, kam10, kam11, kam12, kam2, kam3, kam4, kam5, kam6, kam7, kam8, kam9, liner1, liner2, liner3, pra1, pra2, pra3, pra4, pra5, pra6, shop1, shop2, shop3, shop4, shop5, shop6, shop7, shop8, tut1, /arioche/small

ADDITIONAL NOTE: In some cases command "sv_cheats 1" doesn't work - server shows info, that it will not allow cheats. There is a way to overcome that. All you have to do is using setrandow function. Simply open console ("~" anywhere in the game) and then type in: "setrandom sv_cheats 1" . The catch is, that it IS random function, so each time you will enter a new part of the game (you see Load Window) there's 50% chance, that sv_cheats variable's value will turn back to 0.

To avoid putting random function to console do something like this: choose 3 nearby keys (it would be best if they are in a row) and then bind them to proper commands. How to do that? Here's an example: I chose [F] for setrandom function, [G] for god mode and [H] for give all command. Open console ("~") and enter:

bind "f" "setrandom sv_cheats 1"
bind "g" "god"
bind "h" "give all"

All these bindings will stay forever (unless you unbind all keys, or choose 'set keys as default' in setup) so you don't have to to write it all over again. How to know if sv_cheats is set to 1. Simple: press [G] key for god mode. If a message "GOD mode ON" appears, then sv_cheats is 1. If something else, then press [F] and then [G]. That's it. Note that setrandom command MUST be written together! When using bind command, keys and commands MUST be in 2 different ""!
