99 lap mode (Ridge Racer 5)

Beat the top score in each race of the Time Attack GP in Extra Mode.

Bonus cars (Ridge Racer 5)

Finish the following races in 1st place to unlock the cars in Free run, Time attack and Duel mode:

Danver Spectra race*Ridge Racer 5*

- Unlock 50's Super Drift Caddy

Intro sequence graphical effects (Ridge Racer 5)

If you press R1 during a portion of the intro sequence you will cycle through 3 different graphical effects, black&white, yellow tint and a blur effect. press L1 one to cycle back again.

Kamata Angelus race(Ridge Racer 5)

- Unlock McLaren F1 clone :

Onscreen display

Hold Select while racing in 3rd person perspective to get misc. onscreen info.

Pac-Man mode Ridge Racer 5

Race more than 3,000 kilometers in total distance to unlock the Pac-Man mode.

Rivelta Crinale race-Ridge Racer 5

- Unlock Devil Drift

Solort Rumeur race(Ridge Racer 5)

- Unlock VW Beetle

Unlock Duel Mode (Ridge Racer 5)

To unlock duel mode you will have to place 1st in all the time trials.
