Beat the First Warden without taking damage 100%
The First Warden is extremely slow. Don't roll or anything as that will also slow you down when you get back to your feet, and make it more likely that the First Warden will land an attack.

When you can see his back, lay in some heavy attacks. It should take about three to get rid of his first health meter. At that point, back up and he will shed some armor. He will try to lunge at you each time you take out one of his health meters. Roll out of the way of this move specifically, then just resume walking around him in a circle and doing heavy attacks to him whenever his flesh is exposed hitting his shield is a waste of time and will do next to no damage.

When the First Warden is on his last bit of health, he will shed all his armor and hold his sword with both hands. This makes his attacks much faster, so just spam heavy attacks quickly to end the battle. If you do need health, you can switch between potions with the X button (on Xbox, Square on PlayStation) and then use the potion with B (again, on Xbox, or Circle on PlayStation). You should have at least 2 health potions by default, unless you've used some already.

How to get back lost experience 100%
Whenever you die, a ghost will appear where you died. Go to it and collect the ghost to regain the experience that you lost.

If you die again before regaining the experience, then you will lose that experience permanently.

How to kick an enemy to death 100%
To kick, you have to make sure that you don't have a shield equipped. If you don't have one equipped, then if you pull the left trigger, your character will kick instead of trying to bash enemies with the shield.

Experience explanation 100%
Every time you kill an enemy in Lords of the Fallen, the experience is "banked". You can then choose to convert that experience to skill points that can be spent or spell points to purchase new spells.

If you don't do this, the "combo" of XP builds and builds, so you keep getting more XP for every kill that you get. Banking the XP means you get less XP from future kills, but it also means your XP is safe. If you die and fail to collect your ghost, then the XP you had just built up is gone forever.

Keystone Citadel strategy 100%
Time to learn some combat basics. Follow the on-screen instructions to defeat the first enemy in battle. It's really quite simple. When that's done with, go up the stairs and talk to Kaslo. Ask him how to open the door, and your new objective will be to find a key.

Go back down the stairs and through the door. A blind enemy will stumble out and take a swing at you. Side step it, then kill it. You will encounter more of these in the next hall, but they are all easily killed. If you stay quiet you can even get past them, but I recommend killing them as you will want to destroy the objects around here for loot and other goodies.

Another Rhagor (the enemy you fought in the brief tutorial) will show itself at the top of some steps. Kill it and then you will find another staircase leading down, and a door near it. You can go through the doorway to find more enemies as well as more goodies. To get the key, go down the stairs and grab it.

Talk to Kaslo. Then go to the big doors behind him and open the door using the key. This will trigger the first boss fight of the game, which is a battle against the First Warden.

This is a lot easier than it looks, and you can give yourself quite a headache if you try to do the blocking and dodging that the game taught you earlier on in this area. What you want to do is just walk around him in a circle. You will take some damage this way, but he will miss the majority of his attacks.

With the First Warden dead, you can choose to level up your character or just continue. Whatever you choose, pay attention to that big floating, red, bloody looking thing in the middle of the room. Go to it and activate it for a checkpoint that will also refill all of your health. Nice, huh?

Exit the level through the door at the bottom of the steps, though if you want more collectibles, check the nearby rooms.
