| Go to select stadium and select Kaufman Stadium. When at bat notice 2 signs that read "Win a Lizard". Hit a sign with a ball and your team will turn into lizards. | ||

| Easy Homers (vs. Computer) | 100% | |
| Here is a way to almost always get a hit or a homerun in All-Star Baseball 99: First, turn on the pitch aid on the options screen. In the game, always set up your batting marker a little below the pitching marker -- so that the pitch marker is almost even with the top of your batting marker. Now, if the pitcher throws you an inside pitch, line the batting marker up so it is on the inside section of the batting marker, with the pitchers marker still directly even with the top of your batting marker. It should look like this: *+ . This will make you pull the ball. Do the same if the pitch is outside, only have the markers lined up like this. +*. This will make you hit the ball opposite field. If you get under it enough, you will hit a homerun, or get a base hit. ALMOST always. | ||

| Helmet Change Glitch | 100% | |
| I was playing a game (Braves vs. Cardinals). The Cardinals were at bat when I noticed something. Each player had a blue helmet. But when they were running the bases the helmets were red. This is a terrible glitch that Acclaim should have caught. | ||

| Slow Motion and Freeze | 100% | |
| Go to the options and pick manual camera (you need to have a controller plugged in that is not used for any team). While playing, you can use the control pad to freeze or put the game into slow motion. Push left on the pad to freeze the game and right to put it into slow motion. | ||

| Dumb Computer | 100% | |
| If sum1 gets a single, throw the ball to 2nd base. Then run out to the right field wall where the 2 walls meet. Then throw the ball to 3rd and the dumb computer will run to second. Now either sum1 will cut the ball off and you can throw him out at first, or on the next play you can pick him off. So it's okay to give up a single. | ||

| Easy Strike | 100% | |
| When you are pitching, if the batter squares around for a bunt and misses, he will automatically do it a 2nd time -- so make your 2nd pitch a pitch out, by pushing the B button after you select your pitch, instead of the A button. | ||

| Cheat the Computer | 100% | |
| Here's a nifty little underhanded way to cheat in All-Star: Wait until you're at bat, hit the ball anywhere, and then quickly pause the game and switch your controller to the other team. That way you can make the outfielder miss the ball, the SS not throw an easy grounder, and so on. | ||

| Clone Players | 100% | |
| Trade any outfielder for any pitcher. Then go to Exhibition and select the team that received the the pitcher. Go to lineup changes. You should see the pitchers name in that outfield position. Then change the pitcher to the one you received in the trade. When you start the game, the pitcher will be playing both positions SIMULTANEOUSLY! | ||

| Easy Out | 100% | |
| For an easy out, when a runner on the computers team gets on any base throw the ball to the base he's on and keep throwing between the base he's on and the base in front of him until a player throws it wildly then the runner will leave the base, just throw the ball to the closest person and tag him out. Sometimes one of the throws is so wild that the other player can not catch it, so it helps to use this trick when a player is on 1st or second. | ||

| Save Your Pitchers ERA | 100% | |
| This is a neat trick to use when you are playing a season game. If you have a pitcher, who has a really good ERA, and in the middle of a shut-out, and the computer hits a home run, you can keep the run from being credited to your favorite pitcher on the mound. Before the home run ball lands in the stands, simply hit "start" and go to "bullpen" and select "bullpen to mound" and then pick some loser guy who you never use. Then go back to the game, and the guy will announce the new pitcher you just brought in, then go on announcing the home run after it lands in the stands. After the game is over, and you check your pitching stats, that homerun will not be credited to the pitcher who threw the ball, but the new pitcher you brought in after he hit it! | ||

| Hit by Pitch Glitch | 100% | |
| The 1st thing you should do is let a player hit a foul ball, if the player runs through 1st base before the umpire says "foul ball" let him go back to home plate. Now bean him (or walk him), if you do this he should go directly to 2nd base instead of 1st base. | ||

| Stats Bug Fix | 100% | |
| Just in case you missed it: To correct the stats errors that sometimes occur in All-Star when loading from a memory pak, simply load the stats twice. This will fix the problem. | ||

| Cal Ripken Glitch | 100% | |
| When playing at Camden Yards the scoreboard in center field always has Cal Ripken's stats and says it's the bottom of the seventh inning. Not only that, it has him at the Short Stop (SS), which was his old position! | ||

| Manual Camera in Home Run Derby | 100% | |
| If you want to enable the manual camera option in Home Run Derby, do the following: Start a regular game (not Home Run Derby) and turn on the manual camera view. Now exit the game and enter Home Run Derby. Now controller 2 (or which ever one isn't used to control the players) can mess around with the camera views, just like in the other modes. | ||

| Easy Pick Off | 100% | |
| When you are on the mound and there is a runner on base you wait there (without pitching) until he comes to far off the base. Then you through the ball to the base he is on and 90% of the time he will be out and 10% of the time he will be called safe or he will try to advance a base and be caught in a run down. | ||

| Extra Running Speed | 100% | |
| When running to a base to speed your player up quickly tap the Z button. This also works when running back to a base by hitting R quickly. | ||

| Pick-Off Base Runners | 100% | |
| You can pick off the baserunner easier if you 1st pick the pitch you want to throw. Now wait until the baserunner has gone to his biggest lead-off possible (some baserunners will take a big one.) Then press the A button to pitch the ball to the batter, but before he can pitch the ball press the C button that the baserunner is leading off of. The result should be that the pitcher will start his wind-up and then quickly throw out the baserunner. | ||

| A Sure Hit | 100% | |
| This trick works against the computer as well as a manual player. To do this trick you need to be somebody who has descent speed. For instance, you cannot use a pitcher to do this trick, but you do not need somebody as fast as Kenny Lofton. Now when you are batting, hold C-down to bunt. While holding C-down, hold left on the control stick until the bunt is aimed as far left as possible, towards 3rd base. Then aim your bat to the spot at which the pitch aid is. The batter will bunt it down the 3rd base line and the defense will not be able to get you out in time. | ||

| Little Homerun Derby Guy | 100% | |
| Make sure you have a roster slot open on a team. It should say "empty" instead of a player's name. Go to HOME RUN DERBY and pick that guy. You won't even see him walking in the grass because he's really small and dark. It takes a while for him to reach the box, so be patient. Watch the pitcher; he'll actually have to throw to the ground so this guy can hit the ball. | ||

| Backwards Batters | 100% | |
| When you are already into a game, pause it and go to the change lineup option. Then replace your batter with a different batter that bats the same way. Go back to the game long enough just to see your batter. Then go to the change line-up option again and replace your batter with a batter that bats opposite of him. (A righty for a lefty, or vice versa.) Then go look at your batter and he'll be backwards. | ||

| Make the Pitcher Miss the Ball | 100% | |
| If your pitcher has the option of throwing a knuckler, you can make him miss the ball when the catcher throws it back to him. This will not count as an error. First, select your pitch as a knuckler. Next, pitch the ball on the upper-inside corner, as far as it will go, so it will be a ball. The catcher will catch it, but he won't throw it back immediately. The pitcher will act like he caught the throw back, and he will turn around. At this point, the catcher throws the ball back but the pitcher misses it!! The ball rolls out to 2nd base, but then the game will go on to the next pitch. | ||
