Complete quest mode one time. The "Honey" and "Cotetsu" levels will be selectable.
Hold Circle and press Start at the Title Screen to begin the game without the special effect sequence.

Complete 10 stages in quest mode, then enter the practice room. Place all characters in the hallway, then return to the practice room. The Bomber Prince will appear approximately 50% of the time.
