Unlock All missions

Open up Hitma2.ini and change the following line

DefaultScene=AllLevels/logos.gms

into

DefaultScene=AllLevels/levelmenu.gms

Start the game and you will get a level select menu, with all the Missions unlocked.

Unlock All MissionsHitman 2 : Silent Assasin

To unlock all of the missions, open your Hitman2.ini in Notepad and changed the ''DefaultScene=AllLevels/logos.gms'' line to
''DefaultScene=AllLevels/levelmenu.gms''. Now when you start the game, a level-select menu will appear.

Unlock M4(Hitman 2 : Silent Assasin)

Complete 5 levels with a Silent Assassin Rating or complete all St.
Petersburg missions with a Silent Assassin Rating.
