Finish the game under normal difficulty.

At extras menu hit Right, Right, Right, Right, Down, Down, Left, Left.
Unlock mini series picture 4
At extras menu hit Right, Right, Up, Up, Left, Left, Up, Up.

At extras menu hit Up, Left, Up, Right, Up, Left, Up, Right.

Invincibility
Complete mission 9 under the expert difficulty setting to unlock
the "Invincibility" cheat.
Unlimited missiles
Complete mission 2 under the expert difficulty setting to unlock
the "Unlimited Missiles" cheat.
Have Starbuck and Apollo as wingmen
Press Down(2), Left, Down(2), Up, Right(2) at the "Extras" menu. The sound of a
Cylon saying "By your command" will confirm correct code entry.
