Get 3 Rumbles in a row without using any of them. Knock down your opponent 2 times, then use your rumble and a combo. If done correctly, he should fly out of the ring.
Highlight the "Arcade" option at the MAIN MENU, then press Left(2), Right(2), Left, Right, L + R.
