Open the lday folder.
Open the EXE folder in liberation day directory and look for libday.ini file.In the file change cheats=0 to cheats=1 and save.

During the game press
tab-w - to win scenario
tab-l - to lose scenario
tab-d - to get resources in both city and deployment mode
tab-r - full armor
tab-p - infinite action points.
