Extra Mech on Thestria(MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf)

On the level on Thestria in which you steal mechs, usually you steal three
and Foster pilots a cougar. However, if you first hack the Mad Dog, then
bring back the other shut down Mad Dog, and pilot the Cougar yourself,
Natalia will order Foster to get out a pilot a mech. Because the game
automatically puts Foster in a Cougar, you get an extra mech.

Glitches *MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf*

Control menu with left thumbstick
Note that in Mechassault 2's menu, the left thumb stick is used to
navigate the character, while the D-Pad is used for menu navigation. The
thumbstack(s) cannot be used for menu navigation. However, I have found a
way to momentarily do this. From the main menu, select "Multiplayer".
then, select "Add Player". From here, don 't add a player. Simply press
"B" on the controller you've been using. It will exit back to the
multiplayer menu. Now, from here, if you press the left thumbstick to any
direction, you will control the player AND the menu.

Multiplayer Invulnerability

Get in battle armor. Jump straight at a hill, mountain, wall, or building.
Directly before hitting it, release the jump jets. You will hit the
structure like normal and start falling to the ground. Activate the claw
and jump jets at EXACTLY the same time right before hittind the grount. If
done correctly, you wil fall through the ground and attach to nothing.
Other players cannot do you any damage, but you can still fire at or hack
them.

No Heat with a Mech(MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf)

If your heat it it's maximum during a fight, you cannot fire any
non-ballistic weapons, but there is a way around this. When your heat is
max, just press Y and your pilot should exit the Mech. Press Y again and
you will enter the Mech and there will be no heat, so you may continue
destroying your enemies. Useful when you use the Alpha-Strike because your
heat is maxed out after the attack.

Other taunts while in chat

When youre on Xbox Live in the waiting room for a game or in one of the
chat rooms you have 8 taunts that you can do. The first four are activated
by pressing the X,Y, Left, and Right buttons/triggers. To do the extra
ones, click in and hold the left thumbstick and press any of those
buttons/triggers to get another four taunts.

attempts to neuro hack you, just turn your shield on and it will throw
them to the ground.

VTOL trick *MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf*

This is a hint for those people who might get stuck on the snow level
where you have to carry Fosters APC truck over the mountains. He tells you
to exit the mech and pilot the VTOL after you clear the small area
surrounding the VTOL and destory the comm towers. but dont. instead, take
your mech (it should have jumpets) and fly in the direction you are
supposed to fly as if you were in the VTOL and destroy the enemy mechs and
tanks you encounter. the mechs you should encounter are catapult mechs.
They have missles, so if you fly the VTOL, they'll blow you out of the
sky. so kill the mechs with a mech, step on the tanks, and use your
jumpjets to fly over the lakes. when you reach the last lake, turn back to
get the VTOL. if you did this correctly, you should be able to fly over
with foster and drop him off without getting shot. The only thing to deal
with will be a cluter of tanks, but you can just fly right over them, and
the level will end.

Unlock new character: Beat the Campaign on any difficulty. Nemisis Profile appearence: Beat game on any difficulty New Maps for multi-player: When you get Mech Assault2:Lone Wolf, you should get two disks [one of the game]&[one of the making of the game]. When you put the making of the game in your Xbox there are two options [new maps]&[making of the game]. Using your controller highlight the [new maps] icon and press "A". A heads-up-display of the new maps will appear. Unit Speeds (Lowest to Highest): ½. Pilot 1. Battlesuit, Elemental 2. Atlas, Prometheus, Catapult, Bowman, Ragnarok, Ymir, Tank 3. Blood Asp, Star Adder 4. Nova Cat, Wendigo, Thor, Summoner 5. Mad Dog, Vulture, Timberwolf, Mad Cat, Hellbringer, Loki 6. Uziel, Belial 7. Raptor, Stiletto, Raven, Corvus, Kit Fox, Uller, Cougar, Puma 8. Owens, Hackman 9. VTOL 10. POV Missile (accelerated) Defeating the Spider Mech: Use your pulse lasers on the coverings on its legs when it gets close to you, and use your missiles when it jump backs. When it charges towards you just run backwards and try to dodge its attacks. If you run to the side then it will attack you with its claws. Keep blasting at its legs and picking up Natalias supplies she drops and you should kill it without no trouble. Final Boss Battle: For defeating the big Skelton boss at the end while in your battle armor your your mortars, and always try to keep it maxed out. The most important thing to do is to keep moving, (The jump jets work best) and stay away from his laser after you expose the core. He goes down after 4 or 5 solid hits. VTOL Hint: This is a hint for people who might be stuck on the snow level where you have to carry Foster's APC truck over the mountains. He tells you to exit your 'Mech and pilot the VTOL after you clear the small area surrounding the VTOL and destroy the comm towers. Don't. Instead take your 'Mech (it should have jumpjets) and fly it in the direction you are supposed to fly the VTOL and destroy the enemy 'Mechs and tanks you encounter. I'm pretty sure the 'Mechs are Catapults. They have missiles, so if you fly the VTOL, they'll blow you out of the sky. So, kill the 'Mechs with your 'Mech, step on the tanks, and use your jumpjets to fly over the lakes. When you reach the last lake, turn back and get the VTOL. If you did this correctly, you should be able to fly back over with Foster and drop him off without getting shot. The only thing to deal with will be a cluster of tanks, but you can just fly right over them. The level will end, and you can start the next one! Pilot Bomb: Some of you might know this. When you are a pilot you can use a detonator bomb. This works very good in capture the flag because people run in with the VTOL and a Battle armor. If they get close enough, BOOM! This bomb will kill Battle armors and VTOL's in one hit. Mechs will require 3-5. The tank will blow in 2. I don't recommend you be a pilot the whole game though. You can get killed in one hit as you can imagine. You should only use these as mines really. And just so you know, if you place it down and enter a vehicle/ mech, it will still be there. Escaping the Lobby: In the pre-game lobby, there is a window that you can see a planet from. You can get out of the window and into space with this glitch! 1)Look at the window and press the A button, that should bring you into the Game Info. menu. 2)Press and hold down the B button and run at the fence thing near the window. When you get about three feet away, release the B button. 3)That should get you outside the fence so after that just run out the window and into space. ps: This will probably take a long time to do so don't think you are doing it wrong if you don't get it immediately. Secret base in lobby (xbox live required): There is a secret base in the lobby when you are about to start an xbox live game. first of all you need to do the glitch to get outside of your base. right when your walking in space walk to the blue base if not already there. then stand outside the FRONT of the blue base turn left just a little bit then start walking towards the bright light in the sky then walk around a lil bit till you find the base then there ya go. note: the other 2 bases disappear when you find the hidden base. Multiplayer: In multiplayer, if your Mech is low on health, switch to another one by pressing the Y button to get out of the 1st Mech and into the new 1.

Multi Cheats - 2	Rating: 100%
Nemesis body: Successfully complete the game to unlock the Nemesis body. Evil Boss body: Successfully complete single player campaign mode to unlock the Evil Boss body. Play as Ragnarok: Go to Team Last Man Standing (TLMS). Set the mission to Rush Hour, and before entering a Mech, look at the names. Find the Mech named Ragnarok. This mech has a cannon that will fire three very strong rockets that can cause massive destruction. This seems to be the only level where you can play as Ragnarok. Note: You must have two players to do this. Heavy Assault Mech specials: To do the special, you must have all upgrades for your Mech. When this is done, a message about maximum power will appear. This special can kill most Mechs in one hit. However, you can only use this special once before you lose all of your power-ups and overheat all the way. Note: You can use this special as many times as desired in the level, as long you get all of the power-ups. Hidden chat and waiting room taunts: Enter a chat room or waiting room on Xbox Live. Click and hold the Left Analog-stick and press X, Y, L, or R. Have thirteen people in a room at a time: Set the public and private numbers at 11 and 1, then invite someone. Once that person comes in, change the public number of people to 12. It will now show that you can have thirteen people in the room. Note: This may sometimes glitch the game. Surfing Skullbot's eye beams: Jump jet and land on Skull Bot's eye lasers. After you have cracked his head open like an egg, you can manage to surf towards him. You will take damage, but this will get you into a good location to hack. Defeating the Unfinished Skull Mech: First, keep hitting it in the head with your lasers. A VTOL will constantly drop supplies if you happen to be hit by the Skull Mech's weapons. When you get the top layer off, Nurohack the Mech, then fire mortar rounds into its head. Watch out for its pulse lasers from long range and Napalm Cannon from short range. Defeating Spider Mech: Use your pulse lasers on the coverings on its legs when it gets close, and use your missiles when it jumps back. When it charges at you, just run backwards if you run to the side it will knock you over with its front claws and hit you with the plasma cannon when you are down. Keep blasting at its legs and picking up Natalia's salvage and you should kill it without trouble.

Mutli Cheats - 3	Rating: 100%
Comit suicide: Note:It only works on multiplayer. Press the right thumbstick and the left thumbstick at the same time and you will comit suicide. Exit pre-game lobby: Open the "Game Details" screen at the pre-game lobby. Press B to close it while running at the wall with the large window. If done correctly, you will be outside the lobby. Go outside the Lobby on Xbox Live: To go outside the Lobby on Xbox Live, keep running into the wall, and eventually you will be transported outside the Lobby into space! New character model: Beat the single player campaign of Mechassault 2 on any difficulty to unlock the character model of the "evil boss man" you fight throughout the game. After you unlock him you can select him as your new model for your profile. Other taunts while in chat: When youre on Xbox Live in the waiting room for a game or in one of the chat rooms you have 8 taunts that you can do. Rocket Dodging, PPC, and general tips: Whenever you see a rocket coming at you. Start running in one direction if you want to dodge it. Then, when it's fairly close, go in the opposite direction, if you did at the right time, it should wiz harmlessly by your vehicle. Don't try holding onto a PPC charge all the time. Unlike in the previous game, it will dissapate after a bit of holding it at full charge and I think you use your ammo doing this too. Strafe and use nearby cover as much as you can when your a small mech and a distance away from somthing like an atlas and the like. However, when your up close, run circles around'em and you'll blow'em the hell in no time. Make sure you observe the mech your fighting before you start shooting away. for example, the enemy could have pulled their shield up that defends against one of your good weapons, and you don't want to waste the fire power of an upgrade. Some mechs deal out a hell lot more damage with some weapons than other mechs do. For example, the kit fox, If I remember correctly, is a mech with no arms, and two huge missle packs on it. What you want to do while fighting one, unless your something like an atlas or the like which would get hit by the missles dead on for being so huge when you closed the distance, is get close, and pound away at it. The machine gun is now an engine of destruction of level three, and will tear the shit out any mech quickly. Think about what weapon and range a certain mech is proficient with, then use the appropriate weapon and range to counter that and beat the hell out of it. Nemesis body: Successfully complete the game to unlock the Nemesis body. Hidden chat and waiting room taunts: Enter a chat room or waiting room on on Xbox Live. Click and hold the Left Analog-stick and press X, Y, L, or R. Evil boss body: Successfully complete the game in single player campaign mode.

If you get stuck in the rail just keep running toward space and turn left and right until you go through the wall. It doesn't help you win but it is a lot of fun! Quick Neurohack Defence (Team Matches): During team matches, mechs with reactive and reflective armor should hoard those abilities to throw off enemy battlearmor attempting to neurohack.

Fast way to destroy a mech	Rating: 100%
Use all the weapons you got in the same time so you switch weapons as soon you use one so you press R then L and keep doing this. This might overheat fast your mech but it does work.Useful in Xbox Live.
