| Fox Naruto | Beat single player mode with Itachi |
| Gaara | Win the game on the difficult setting |
| Guy | Win the game on any difficulty setting |
| Itachi | Win the game with all the chracters that are initially available (Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, Rock Lee, Shikamaru and Neji) |
| Jiraiya | Beat single player mode with Tsunade |
| Orichimaru | Beat single player mode with Jiraiya |
| Sasuke | Beat Arcade Mode with each character |
| Second State Sasuke | After unlocking everyone, win the game with Sasuke again |
| Termari | Win the game on any difficulty setting |
| Tsunade | Win the game on the difficult setting without losing once |
