Note this involves editing a critical game file. Back it up or be prepared to
reinstall your game.
Locate the moonbase.ini file in the game directory. Open the file using a text
editor and set the stage value to 3 to bypass that level. The levels are under
the [challenge] section. Save the file as an ini file.
