Go to Asyanica and reach the 2nd row of police cars.
Now look for the card floating under the cars. You will have to glide and die to get it.
If you have a Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters save, you can unlock a few additional skins unique only to this bonus feature. Simply go to Special and choose the Check for Size Matters Save.
Input the code: LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, DOWN, CROSS (or X button) on the Specials Menu and you will unlock a special Zoni skin.
