Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of The Lions

I am at The gallows before Lional Castle in Chapter 2. I am having a hard time defeating all enemies, all my units are 25+ and the enemies are in the teens i.e. lvl 15, and im still losing. I have a Knight (ramza) 2 dragoons an archer and black mage. What am I doing wrong? Answers: 1
