How do you find the red button in kunka ruins?

Im in kunka ruins 1f and I cant find the red button thing like I went to the door and it said I needed it so I went sniffing and I found it but I cant dig it up because I have all the bars but the last one is still blinking where is it?

I need help I have been trying to figure it out but I dont know sooo im in chiro caves because peter broke the blue rose bush or something and im looking for the blue rose im supposed to look for im in the cave and im at the entrance thing in the cave that has the rock on the left side and I cant find the rose please help!
