Mercenaries 2: World in Flames

I have the ps2 version of Mercenaries 2 World in Flames and I have completed the missons (100%) but I dont know how to get the monster truck or how to get the Mother of all bombs and what is a (HVT? ,i noticed it on how to get the moab but all it says is "deliver 10 allied hvts..? please someone answer my question Answers: 3
