How do I get the money cheat to work? I know about the launcher.exe -cheats command line, I use it EVERY TIME I START THE GAME and I even press ~ and it still doesn't work! I've tried everything and I could not get it to work, so please explain exactly how to get this cheat to work. thanks. Answers: 2

What do you use the winch for? when your car flips upside-down you can press F1 then click on actions(or whatever it was. I havent pressed it in so long I cant remember what it said.) then click winch me out but that doesnt require a winch. i've tried everything I can think of and I cant get my car to winch anything anywhere, so how do I use it and on what?
