Hi I'm on chapter 3 of Trauma centre and can't get passed the operation to save Amy(Dr stiles' friend's sister). I can destroy the guilt using the healing touch, I have put dressings on the wounds but before I can use the ambolic gel to cure it- her vitals go down to 0 and I loose.
