As leader of the Rebel Forces, scattered throughout the rocks and dust that used to be Washington DCX, you must wrest control the Phaselock Transporter. Only then can you move between worlds to destroy the Converters and free those enslaved by the nefarious Necron. You encounter non-stop rail and off-rail action, panocubic and panoramic gameplay, attacking the evil vermin from any angle with pulverizing firepower on land and in the air.
