Silpheed: The Lost Planet PS2

In a distant future, a plague of parasitic monsters is sweeping across the known universe, devouring all the resources in its path--including the inhabited worlds that humanity calls home. The only chances for mankind's survival are a top-secret starship called Silpheed and the hyper-skilled pilot at the controls.
