You must have finished rune mysteries. first withdraw 5-10k from bank. say "paying ... for help". the ... is the money that you will pay. next ask them if they have finished rune mysteries. if they say yes, then ask them to note the essence that you mine. if they say yes, then you can mine a ton of essence and never leave the mines to store the essence! I use this all the time, but if there is no luck, just do it yourself.
