Start the game with the cheats command line and press [~] then type givegas and hit teh enter button. I use this cheat every time I start the game.

Run	100%
During gameplay when out of vehicle, there's walk(press up, down, left, or right), then there's run. press shift for run.

Full gas tank	100%
On windows click on "run" then type "launcher.exe -cheats command line" then in gameplay(outside garage) press [~(i always look at the top, but the bottom looks like this. ` )] then press g, then without typing any other part of the cheat, press "tab" and eventually it will get to the cheat. when you see it, press "enter". then you will have a full tank. it is "givegas" p.s. it may not look exactlly as typed, but you get the idea(givegas is what you will basically see. it may have capitol G's or a space between give and gas.(most likely capitol))
