This is a cheat I got frm my friend.go to water like the sea or a lake or river any... with any car(cheat mode should be activated)then quickly type left+right+up+down+b+b...The only problem is that they can still see you...hehe
Get on cheat mode (A+B+START) and go to the last islands airport and type in the level select cheat (Left, right, up, down, L, R, hold start and press a) and go to the 1 mission and you will still be at ath airport. find a helecopter and press l and r at the same time and you will be in it. (watch out for buildings!)

It was supposed to be the last job you and Vinnie would do for the mob. After this, you’d both have enough money to escape this vicious circle, and Liberty City, for good. Then Vinnie’s getaway car went up in a ball of flames along with all the cash. Suddenly every cop in the city is chasing you down. You’ll get out of Liberty City all right, but not before you find Vinnie’s murderers and turn the tables on whomever it is that’s out to get you.
