Electric breath- when you go to the Dragon Dojo after the first gate you can see Zoe, go passed her to the water.Go in the water and you find the electric rune Ice breath- Ice breath is in the very beging of Cloud 9. Go down the hill and theres the Ice rune Wing sheild- wing sheild is in the begining of Luah Island Bubble Breath- Bianca gives you bubble breath in the beging so you can catch Baby Dragonflies
