Go to the Castle as a child. Go to where Talon was sleeping and backtrack to the lone tree. Play the Song of Storms, this will make a hole in the ground. Go inside and bomb the wall to reveal a skulltula. Kill it, but don't collect the token yet. Target the token and stand near the exit to the cave. Throw the Boomerang and then backflip onto the exit. The Token will return to you and you get a couple words of the "You got a skulltula token" before returning to the surface. You will have the token but the skulltula will still be down there! Repeat this to get all 100 tokens without having to actually get them all!
