Buy Driver or Enforcer as soon as you can. If Tony gets into too much trouble with low health, police or gangs you can go to your map screen and select Business. Now choose to be a Driver or Enforcer (the one you bought), and change careers. Change back to Tony and the heat from the police or gangs is gone. You won't lose money or drugs from this exploit , and sure helps keeps your losses down. Have Fun!
