Easy Liberation	50%
Liberate easily, either montano or government, by following this technique: Go to the place where you wanted to liberate and get close to the leader of liberation(the one pointed with arrows). DON'T start liberating by talking to him. Have a heavy drop of an agency GP. Get into it and set the weapons to missiles. Now talk to the leader of liberation and start the liberation. Get into the GP and carefully drive the car and always fire the missiles until the three blockades will be destroyed. All you need to do now is get off the car and switch the flags. Now you can liberate with no sweat. Last time I did this on a government ruled place, it only took me less than 10 seconds. Try it.

	I have unlocked a jackson skremmer z-19 but I dont see him by one of my safe houses Answers: 3
