Get in your Saucer. Go as high as you can go, and activate the Abducto Beam. Aim at a car, and Press Y and let go of the L Trigger (Which actvates the Abducto Beam) immediately. If you do it right, the car should fly out of the screen! Better then that, wait in the same position and wait for the car to come flying down and explode! (Tanks won't explode, only cars and Army cars)
Whenever you have an orange or red level alert, get in you saucer and fly as high as you can. Use the Abduction Beam and press Y really fast and let it go as fast as you can! If you were all the way as high as you can go, and pressed it fast enough, then the tank will fly up off-screen! You can maybe see it come back down...
