First you start a new game then when it says do you want to add a second manger say yes and become a manger of a club with good players and then start the game. then you make a offer on players you want from the other team you control and then change to the other team and accept them, when you have got the players you want you can retire from the club you have baught the players from ( you can be with any clubs from the three countrys you have selected) let me know how you get on with this
