Ok, you need to give Karen flowers every day or just 1 wine everyday. For flowers, all day except festival or rain in the day that supermarket is closed, in rainy mon,wed,thu,fri and sat give the flower to her at 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. For clear, just like the rainy but extra. 	I'm playing the Boy version of the PSP HM: Boy and Girl. And when I throw the crop exactly where I'm supposed to throw it in the waterfall, the Harvest Goddess doesn't show up.
