I have figured out there is no need to use all 5 training exercises in sucess weiights give you the most power... baserunning for quickness.... and fielding for technique... I only use those three... and I never let my vitality get below half... tends to help me practice better and get more OK cards.. I save after every week also..

What to Eat in Success Mode	70%
CHINESE FOOD always obtains between 70-75 vitality, but it is expensive at $50 a pop. SPECIAL SPICY DOG Is the next best choice for $4 it is reasonable and increases vitality from 50 to 70. The BEST VALUE is the ORGANIC DOG, you'll need to work at Duck's for awhile and it doesn't always show up but it is cheap and gives you almost full vitality.

Make The Ultimate Team	31%
At the main menu, go to the data menu. There should be an option called edit custom player. Pick your favorite team and customize their looks, stats, and position. You can even put yourself on the team! Pick a player you don't like on that team and make him look like you!
