HOW TO MAKE A DECENT CREATED PLAYER
some1 near the top sed they could only make someone around 65?
so
to make a decent player, the rating will shoot up if you focus on certain necasery attributes.
Striker-76/7 overall max I find
*finishing
*heading accuracy
*pace
*shot power
*ball control and dribbling
these are the attributes that will gain you a higher overall rating. You should also put some points into curve, vision, strength and jumping also, depending on what kind of front man you are creating.
If you are strugging to find enough points to spend, then take off all the goalkeeper attributes, as well as the defensive ones. If you are planning to play ever match with this player then you can also lower mentality, eg he will not perticularly need vision if your the one telling him what to do.
Midfielders
CM-73
R/LW-75
CAM-77
CDM-78
These are the hardest to get decent overalls for, but they can still be effective dispite this. Same idea as above will help, by taking off as many points as you can from areas that are not necasery for a centre mid, such as dribbling, jumping and crossing.
However, most of the other attributes will come in handy, which is why it is so difficult creating a decent CM. Focus points on..
*long passing
*short passing
*stand tackle
*strength+pace
for an attacking mid, same idea yet take away some of the defensive attributes, and try and up finishing and shot power.
Wingers need more pace and crossing ability, where as strength and defenseive attributes can be sacrificed.
Defenders
CB-82
R/LB-77
It is easy to make decent centre halfs, as they need few things to be succesful.
*up all defensive attributes
*heading accuracy is vital
*strength
*jumping
*positioning and aggression
all other stats can be reduced to make the ones above better.
Defensive mids
same idea for a defensive mid: you will notice how most DM's in real football can also play at centre back. However, up speed and long and short passing to make a more practical midfielder.
Wingbacks.
These can be quite easy also. Same idea as a CB, but increase crossing ability and speed-focus on agility too. Dribbling and ball control will also aid, and you can sacrifice strength and jumping to do this.
Goalkeeper.
94!
THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS.
The best overall I made a goalkeeper was 94, and heres how.
TAKE OFF ALL ATRIBUTES
(yes I did just say that)
you goalkeeper does not need to cross, does not need to mark, does not need to dribble (unless you like making runs up the line with him when you get a bit cocky)
what you will need how ever are:
*strength
*all movement stats
*jumping
*consistancy
dont increase these stats, jsut dont put them down to 1!
everthing else can go however.
with the points you have left, go to the goalkeeper attributes section and spend to your little fifa's hearts content.
NOTE
*i may have missed some things out cos I was ill when I wrote this
*most mentality attributes can be slashed if you are planning on playing most of the matches. If you are craeting a young player they should be lower anyways, (look at other youth players already in the game) and should be built up at a later date. Key attributes are more important.
*IF your player wont be taking penalties, LOWER PENALTY STATS IN MENTALITY
yup I think thats it
for you seasoned fifa pros out there this is old news
but it may help some1 :)
