In caldera theres a manor called Ghorak manor and on the second floor theres a scamp called creeper, don't kill him, but trade with him and he'll buy items for there exact value depending on their condition he has 5k! by the way if you go up 1 more floor theres a few crates inside one of them theres orcish armour take it and sell it to creeper, also if you jump on the crates and look up on the scafolding theres a sword and a couple of gold, and lastly, one of the orcs in the manor has an ebony long sword keep it to use or sell it (your choice) ENJOY!
