After you get to heather's apartment see the cutscene where heather's dad is dead. then fight and kill the monster. when you go down to the apartment, douglas will be there. after the cutscene leave heather's dad's room. go across the living room and go through the other white door. you will be in heather's room. go to the dresser. there will be a stun gun and 2 things of ammo

	I'm stuck in the hospital at the 33rd floor with the stone wall picture. I used solution "8237" under "normal mode" and still can't pass it. Please help! What am I doing wrong? Answers: 1
