A1: No it hits 30 max and it halfs the xp you would get for hitting a 30. it is the same as hitting a 1 and getting 2 xp.

A7: I think that you should buy swordfish first, then go and kill lesser demons. Do not use silverlight. Some people think that it is very helpful, but it cannot hit more than 8 very often.
