If you mean the police station level, where you have to find the male agent's black box: Lambert tells you, its behind a Wall scroll/picture. Its in his room, you can interact with a picture, it lifts up to reveal a red screen computer. You interact with that, that is the agent's black box recording his vitals and location through his sub-dermal chip.
At the beginning of the level you are given 2 smoke grenades. Use them to incompatible the soldiers. First take out the one who was interrogation you for the key, then shot the grenades where ever you think they will work best. It might take a few tries. You should also hide behind the crates that the computer with a data-stick is on.
If you are talking about the Defense Ministry: climb all the way to the end of the gutter to where the window is, then press down to release your grip, then quickly press up to catch yourself. It should automatically catch you, but pressing up is a nice insurance policy.

Climb on the rail to the left, press y again to catch onto the gutter...creep over to window...if you keep setting off alarm it means you have dead bodys in full view.. go back and hide them in dark corners...then try again
The Laser Mic is in your Gadgets inventory where the camera disruptor and lockpicks are. You have to be a certain distance. During the Defense Ministry You have to get close to the glass elevator. I recommend running to the dark grass area near it and then using the mic. To use it you use it like a gun. follow the elevator's movement and stay in the area you can see Grinko and Masse. During the first Chines embassy mission you have to point it at the General's window. (You have to get close, but stay in the grass and shadows) then you have to run to the opposite side near the gate wall to point it at the back seat window of his car. During the Presidental Palace level, when you are asked to snipe Nikoladze, if you use the mic you can hear Nikoladze and Cristavi talk about the ark. Also you can hear Cristavi letting Nicoladze go in exchange for it. using the mic to long loses you the chance to snipe Nicoladze though, so don't listen in too long.
You should pass the room on the way to the fire door. You have to turn the corner to find the entrance. careful, a guy is on the computer you need, its the one with a red screen. kill him and use it.
You didnt even need to kill them. You just go by the door that the three guards come out of and climb up the wall.

You do not need to kill them, all you have to do is go pass the door unnoticed and climb a lattice on the wall to a window.
Easter egg: In one of the Data-sticks you retrieve during this mission, in an e-mail someone warns of the possibility of the ornamental lattice being so overgrown it could support a person's weight and be a security threat. He request that they be removed, luckily for you the higher ups are to busy for small things like that.
One a side note: lockpick your way into the room they come out, turn out the lights inside and the courtyard lights causing them to come in and turn them back on. It doesn't get you out, but it sure gives you a few extra moments before the next half of the level.
Go to the Morvie square use your thermal googles(night vision)and look for a patch of bushes.when you find them go in the bushes and crouch and you will see a passage,go in and you find it.There are 2 medical kits tere and ammoso look for them
Despite what many cheat/hint/code sites says or otherwise fail to indicate, there is a Keybad on the Defense Ministry Level. The office you would lock pick and get a data-stick off the computer has a piece of paper behind the monitor. If you use your gun to aim and look closer, you'll see the 5 digit code for the keypad. The Code is 59259.

Get close enough that you can see Grinko's face well enough to shot for a head shot, equip the laser mic then follow the elevator up like you were pointing a gun trying to get a head shot on a moving target. Once Grinko and Masse are done speaking, hid from the coming patrol.
During the police station level?: First shoot out some lights, and then stealthy make your way to a latter. Jump and climb onto a roof, and you should find a trap door. Follow it, and from there its straight forward. Grimsdóttír will guide you through the building.
You have to make your name !LAMAUDITE! with those 2 exalation marks. One exalation mark before the name LAMAUDITE and one exalation mark after the word LAMAUDITE.
For Grimsdóttír: go to the training level and climb a wall and find a door with a keypad. enter 5656 and go in and talk to her. If talk fails knock her out and do things the had way.
For reallife: go to wal-mart, and find a pair that fits. If you need shoes and yuor a guy, find a pair that is 1.5 sizes bigger then your normal male size.
