Go to your bonus disk and search it. right there is tigerunlocker.exe (it's really obvious when you find it) click on that to unlock the tiger!

Found it: you gab the father and place him in front of the house where the daughter is going at the time or after she says "Hello Handsome"

A man aged from 19-22. press S (while looking at your town) and you will see your villager's info. find a man between 19-22 and give him to the witches.

The same way you remove anything from your hand. shake it briskly from side to side. the tut at the start of the game explains it...
