A1: Defeat all the enemies several times then a new set of enemies is appeared. defeat the new characters again then a new set of enemies is appeared. do it again to unlock others. be notified that every new set of enemy becomes more powerful. enjoy the game.

A1: You can't. You are not allow to play. That's the rule. If you click to view of your God Card, it'll say "This card is not allow to play." You can't play it, maybe never.
