Bottem right on the map in rivet city, go on the tower thing in rivet city click the intercom, wait for the bridge to reach you and talk to the gaurd, he will tell you were it is in the ship you are currently on.

I'm in bigtown and i'm asked to fix some old robots THERE ARE NO ROBOTS. is it a bug?

No, its not a bug, you go through the main entrance to the furthest house on your right, go in it, end there is a cellar door inside, where some robots are being hidden..

Well, it's not properly a bug... in fact, it seems that as soon as big town is loaded for the first time, the broken (~dead) robots at the junkyard are loaded aswell and considered as corpse by the game... and, even if it's after a long time, the game use to delete corpse after a while. So, if you come to big town, or close enough to make the game load the cell, and then go somewhere else to come make the quest far later, the game will have deleted those "corpse"... find another way to defend big town... sorry :/

You have to travel thru little lamplight to get to vault 87.But to get into lamplight you need to save three children from the slavers in Paradise falls

Or to get into little lamplight you need the Child At Heart perk, it's faster, easier, and you can still rescue the slaves from paradise falls. To actually get into Vault 87 you can either go through murder pass, or there's a kid in little lamplight that will tell you about a broken computer and he will fix but you need at least 50 Science skill to hack it. I chose the computer way but you still have to fight super mutants whatever way you do it, it's just murder pass there's more and there are a lot of traps in there. -Answer by:RandomSimmer

Not sure but I think you have to go to options and enable console or something like that.

It's supposed to open the console used to enter cheat codes into the game. BUT, for some reason, ppl using vista or W7 got issues with the Ehome Infrared transmetor (thus device using the same key as the cheat console command does) So, if this is your case, you should try to go to the device manager to uninstall the Ehome IR transmetteur and then lauch FO3 and try to open the console to check (before restarting your computer or else the IR device will automatically re-install)
20 is the level cap, and have you have to progress far enough along the main story mission.
Lvl 20 is not the cap download broken steel for xbox live for 800microsoft points and you can go to higher leves :)
Actually the highest level with both add-on packs installed is 30. I'm there and can't go any higher no matter what.

There's also a cheatcode that allow you to define the max reachable level up to 100
To enter the citadel you need to go hrough the main quest until it leads you to that citadel (with the rivet city doctor Li, she's the key)

If you travel to one of the places of your quests the slaves should take long to arrive to u, if not try it again. I brought the slave from paradise falls when I travelled to megaton she followed, but when I went to one of the quests she disappeared and I don't know where she has gone, it is like she got cut out of the game.
Un like oblivion it is imposible to get exp ffor lvls past 20

To get to the new lvl cap (30) you need to download broken steel from xbox live for 800 microsoft points
You can if you are on pc version download some additional perk packs and level cap boosters. If you're on Xbox 360 you can buy broken steel for 8oo MS points which extends the main quest, ups the level cap to 30 and adds a selection of cool new perks.

All I can say is to go on the right side of the wasteland and when you meet the people from brotherhood of steel you follow them and when one dies take it, grab more from the other dead ones and use theres two repair the one you take.

First go to The Citadel( If you haven't discovered it, do the cheat tmm 1, then you will have The Citadel, along with all the other locations) Second, you go find Elder Lyons, talk to him, find the choice that says something about Power Armor, and click it. (You MUST have GOOD karma to have this choice, so just to make sure do the cheat rewardKarma 100000000 and you will have good karma) Then, you go find Brotherhood of Steel Paladin Gunny, ask him if you can learn how to use Power Armor, the screen will darken, and voilŕ! You now magically have Power Armor training! To FIND Power Armor you can do 3 things. 1. Kill all your lovely friends in The Citadel and take all of their armor. 2. Go to Project Purity, do all the stuff leading to the Enclave coming, kill one/some of the Enclave soldiers, and take their armor or 3. Do the cheat coc testqaitems, go to the clothes/armor mailbox, and take the armor of your choice. If you get stuck there do the cheat coc megatoncommonhouse(it doesn't matter if you blew it up or not) and go to your next designated location!

Well you don't have to kill them but if you do kill everyone but bettty and doc the dog but if you don't talk to the old lady that tellls you that the simulation isn't really real then go to the abandoned house and click on everything sometime after that a door will aper then click on the door and the should be a choice to get out the go to the playground and theres a door go through that and your out hope that helps

Get there and then there will be a kid running around inside the caverns, talk to him and he will sell you one.

Try to reinstall the game but when you uninstall it dont uninstall the save games the same thing happened to me and this worked

I had that problem as well for me it was something to do with a toggle button for running which the default I believe is caps lock
for some reason which I never figured out I would run without caps lock and sometimes I needed caps lock on to run either that or having to hold the shift key

Sorry, that happened to me, too! I tried loading from a couple of saves back ten continued until I got to Doctor Li and it worked. If it doesn't work for you it's either a glitch or a bug.

The Password always changes so someone can't accurately tell you what it is, just save your game before or log out after 3 and keep going
Its not in rivet city its within the citadel but you have to do the main quest until you r with doctor li and she will open the main door there and then you will be trained in the courtyard
To train for power armor you have to go to the citadel after the second time in the jefferson memorial when you escort the doctors.
Takes more then that! you need to progress through the story quest!
You cant get the training in rivet city, but sometime in the main mision you go to the citadel. while you are there search for paladin gunny( in the cortyyard) he will give the training so you can have power armour and tesla armour on
If you want to get the pwr armour EARLY...then there is a secret passage on one of the tall rubble mtns. next to the bridge right next to the Citadel

I went too the citadel for the training
Citadel is where you get the training after you get the location of vault 87 from the computer and in talking with the head scribe. The lab in Rivet city has nothing to do with power armor.
The person who trains you for the power armor is Gunny and he is in the courtyard of the citadel shouting at all the noobs
You get trained to where it in Citadel, the name is Gunny and he is found outside around 2pm
In the Courtyard talk to the dude training the New Recruits

PATH 2: go to the abondoned house and activate the stuff, you know the code because the betty whisles it, with this done you have to read the boring stuff, then activate the fail safe, this will net you good karma. there is one othere way that you do some of the stuff then activat the fail safe -Answer by:gameguy666
