Explain to me how I can activate my scope plus zooming in and out.It says use the mouse but I have tried to execute this on my laptop but can't .Can you please help me?

I don't know about the mouse, but you can go to options and make your keyboard control the scope(ie.mine is z and v) once pressed it will activate scope

You have to have a mouse with a wheel to zoom in and out. if you go to options, controls, keyboard it will tell you what all the controls are and you can change them if you want.
