You will begin your journey by setting sail for a New World in anticipation of seeking out wealth and power and settling a new nation and empire. Along the way, you will encounter incredibly detailed environments in four varying climate zones and compete against computer controlled players. More than that, you will interact with nine different cultures like the Africans, Aztecs and Native Americans. Each culture will have their own traits and characteristics, including their preferences as to where they start their kingdom and what sorts of trade goods they prefer.

Explore stunningly detailed environments to establish colonies as you seek out wealth and power. Watch those colonies grow while you create trade and diplomatic ties with neighboring cultures. Engage in combat on land and at sea to protect your colonies.
