You're supposed to go to the mossdeep space center. After you beat the elite 4 the guy who used to say the rockets launch is imminent will say "Successful launch no. ..." Supposedly if it's over 65 he will ask you if you want to go to space. In space you catch Jirachi.
I don't know if you consider this caching, but if you have Pokemon colleseum and the bonus disk, put the bonus disk in a gamecube. turn it on and go to where you see Jarachi. click on it. it will tell you what to do from there. But remember, you need some extra supplies for this!

You have to breed a Tyrogue. You get Tyrogue by breeding a hitmonchan/hitmonlee from LeafGreen/FireRed
U get one by breeding a hitmonchan/hitmnlee from firered/leafegreen but the Tyrogue has to have attack and defence the same number

Use acro bike and go to the safari zone turn < then walk two steps forward go up to the opening and turn > go up stairs turn > then go on the white barriers and jump across and there is a area to find phanphy then it evolves at level 30 into dophan
Finding a Donphan is really hard, but my suggestion is that you just find a Phanpy and evolve your Phanpy into a Donphan. Phanpy's are found at the Safari Zone, but are much easier to find.

Latios is very hard to catch so before you try to catch it buy 30-40 ultra balls and if you want a few timer balls (they help after awhile).Latios shows up at random times so buy alot of repels and use them (Latios will be to strong for the repel so only it should show up).Then start walking in grass (running scares it) it will show up after a random time.Then get a Golbat that knows mean look.Look Latios will be in your pokedex and it will know its area but Latios moves often and always moves after you fly so it will take a while.Remember always do mean look at your first turn because it will flee.Be patient.

Take two of your best pokemon and the rest zigzagoon, because it's special ability is pickup so, it can pick up anything from potions two masterballs.
Just get some pretty good lvl pokemon with pickup and beat up pokemonand soon they might be holding a rare candy

The Moon and Sun stone things are wrong. If you want an umbreon or espeon, basically just spoil/baby it during the night or day such as giving it proteins, zincs, healing it when it gets hurt, curing it of poison, leveling it up, not letting it faint...treat it like a real animal. Umbreon evolves during the night and Espeon during the day. Training it at both times probably confuses the Eevee.
I've trained my eevee at both day and night... I got umbreon and espeon doing this. just make sure you give it a soothe bell. that'll help you,

Stones do not work! This is just for the first three Eevee evoltions, I have tried using the stone before and it didnt work, like others said, get its happiness to the max during night or day depending on which evoltion you want.

Regirock: go 2 lavaridge town and go down into the desert then go south and there will be a hole in a big rock.Enter andgo to the top of the room. then go down twice and right 3 times. use strength and the door to regi rock will open. (note: u will have to have about 12 premier balls 20 great balls and 5 poke balls). regice: fly to petalburg town and go west out. surf and stay to the west. you will get to little long island. get off your pokemon and go to the other side surf and go up until u reach another island with a cave go to the top read the brail then wait for about 2 min.the cave will open (note: use about 35 ultra balls on him). registeel: registeel is the hardest to catch. fly to fortree go down across the bridge and go down again untilyou reach stairs (note:the stairs are on the left side). go up and there will be another cave go into the middleand use fly. use about 50 ultra balls on him

I wote about the way to get jirchi but there is anouther way hate you dont need a gold card first go to the space center and go in and talk to the young guy bye the old guy and he ill say it was sucses full and if it is over 55 ou can go to the moon but dont leave keep on loking all over the moon and you will find a jirachiand you will battle it.
I have heard that if you catch all 200, you get Jirachi, however going to the moon is impossible. You will never go to the moon no matter what anyone says. The number of ships launched is just the number of weeks you've had your file. Thats all it is.

Yes, you do need to beat the Elite Four. Once you have done so, you must go talk to your father (he will be in your house, not in his gym.) he will give you the S.S Tidal ticket, which has stations in Slateport and Lilycove. Go talk to the lady by the water that used to say, " Are you looking for a ship? I'm sorry, the ferry service isn't available at present..." and she will ask you where you want to go. Obviously, select battle tower. The battle tower is located on a small island at the bottom middle-left of your map. Once you have been there, it will be marked with a red square.

Yeah its closed isn't it, well first you need to fly to Mosdeep city, then start surfing diagonally down from Mosdeep heading towards Sootopils City. You will soon reach a dark patch where you can dive down, dive down and you will enter a chamber where Team Magma's base is held, go through that and come back out, catch the legendary pokemon Groudon in Marine Cave in Sootopils then the 8th Gym will be unlocked
